Beijing to host world's first half marathon with humanoid robots

Beijing is set to host the world's first half marathon featuring humanoid robots on April 13 in the city's southern Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, also known as "E-town." In a historic first, humanoid robots and human runners will start together on the same course of about 21 kilometers, with separate lanes assigned to robots to ensure safety.
